Ingredients:
  • 2 x scoops Formula 1 Nutritious Mixed Soy Protein Drink, French Vanilla
  • 250ml low fat milk
  • 200ml clear chicken broth
  • 190g shiitake mushrooms (approximate 10 stalks)
  • Black pepper, cayenne pepper & oregano leaves
Method:
  • Blend together low fat milk & Formula 1 Nutritious Mixed Soy Protein Drink and set aside
  • Add shitake mushrooms & chicken broth into pot and bring to heat
  • Add both mixtures into a blender and give It a blend
  • Add peppers or oregano leaves to taste and serve!
