  • 2 x scoops Formula 1 Nutritious Mixed Soy Protein Drink, French Vanilla
  • 1 x scoop Formula 3 Blended Soy and Whey Protein Powder
  • 3 x capfuls Herbal Aloe Concentrate Mix
  • 1 x cup of water
  • 90g of strawberries
  • 1 x tbsp of goji berries
  • 100g Greek yogurt
  • 3-5 ice cubes
