- 2 x scoops Formula 1 Nutritious Mixed Soy Protein Drink, Tropical Fruit
- 3 x capfuls Herbal Aloe Concentrate Mix
- 1 x scoop of Mixed Fibres with Inulin Powder Drink
- 250ml of low fat milk
- 225g of papaya
- 1 x tbsp chia seeds
- 3-5 ice cubes
