  • 2 x scoops Formula 1 Nutritious Mixed Soy Protein Drink, Tropical Fruit
  • 3 x capfuls Herbal Aloe Concentrate Mix
  • 1 x scoop of Mixed Fibres with Inulin Powder Drink
  • 250ml of low fat milk
  • 225g of papaya
  • 1 x tbsp chia seeds
  • 3-5 ice cubes
