  • 2 x scoops Formula 1 Nutritious Mixed Soy Protein Drink, French Vanilla
  • 1 x scoop Formula 3 Blended Soy and Whey Protein Powder
  • 3 x capfuls Herbal Aloe Concentrate Mix
  • Greek yogurt
  • 1 x cup of water
  • 230g of mango
  • 3-5 ice cubes
  • Toppings: 40g of pomelo pulps

Add ingredients together & blend! Add pomelo pulps into the shake and serve
