What is SMS?
Herbalife SMS is a service that allows Distributors to opt-in to receive timely updates and important information about Herbalife products and events through text message delivered to any text enabled mobile phone. Herbalife offers two main subscriptions for the United States - HerbAlerts for the US General Market in English and HerbAlertas for the US Latin Market in Spanish.

What is the price for Herbalife SMS services?
There are no additional charges for Herbalife SMS services. However, standard text messaging and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier (your wireless or mobile phone service provider) for details on your plan.

What carriers are compatible with Herbalife SMS?
Compatible carriers include: AT&T, T-Moble, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Nextel, Boost, Alltel, US Cellular, and Cellular One.

Are there any additional carrier charges associated with the Herbalife SMS service?
Message & Data Rates May Apply. Text and data rates differ from carrier to carrier, so please contact your wireless phone service provider to inquire about the details of your plan.

Is Herbalife SMS available for international users?
Herbalife SMS is currently available for subscribers within Canada and the United States only.

How do I opt-in to Herbalife SMS messages?
If you wish to receive SMS messages from Herbalife, or if you want to reactivate your subscription to our SMS program, please visit MyHerbalife.com, click on SMS (Text) Message Subscriptions and enter the cell phone number and select the desired subscription.

How do I opt out or discontinue receiving Herbalife SMS messages?
To discontinue receiving all SMS messages from Herbalife, text "STOP" to HRBLUS (472587). If you have more than one SMS text alert subscription, text "STOP" and the name of the subscription you no longer wish to receive to HRBLUS (472587). For example, if you no longer wish to receive HerbAlerts, text "STOP Herbalerts" to HRBLUS (472587). If you simply text "STOP" and have more than one SMS text alert subscription, you will opt-out of all subscriptions associated with your mobile number. In addition to STOP, you can also type END, CANCEL, QUIT or UNSUBSCRIBE to opt out.

How do I text commands to HRBLUS (472587)?
To text STOP, Help or opt-in commands to HRBLUS, open up a new text message on your mobile phone. In the phone number field of who you wish to send the text to, type in 472587. Then in the body of your text, type the command (such as "STOP" or "HELP") and press send.

Can I receive Help text messages to my mobile phone?
If you are having trouble with your SMS text alert subscriptions or forgot how to opt-in or opt-out of Herbalife's SMS messages, text "HELP" to HRBLUS (472587).
